Once a month on a Sunday at LIME TREE WORK SHOP, the fabulous space located in central Sevenoaks behind Hoads shoe shop, we’ll meet for a day (10 am – 4 pm) of self-care, pampering, healing and nourishment so that you can recharge those batteries and have some precious time and space for you. The BOHO Retreat
Where?… Boho Farmhouse, Ide Hill, Sevenoaks. Set amongst the beautiful countryside.

Your beautiful Boho experience will include: A healthy welcome drink, morning vinyassa yoga practice, a well earned tea break followed by a fabulous guest class. We break for a delicious lunch. And then it’s spa time, or a chance to wander around the grounds, relax in the pool & sauna before your final afternoon session of slow flow & yin yoga. And you will not go home empty handed as we’ll treat you to a gorgeous goodie bag to take home. On some mini retreats we also have therapists so that you can book a spa treatment.

Chart Farm Mini Retreat

Your Chart Farm Mini Retreat will include: A healthy welcome drink, morning vinyassa yoga practice where you can explore and immerse yourself into yoga. All abilities are welcome, beginners too. After a break and health benefitting refreshments, you will be immersed in the Japanese art of forest bathing. With a walk to some ancient woods steeped in history and undertake a mindfulness practice whilst stretching your legs.
Lunch is always amazing and very popular. It is mindfully created by the Ashley from Birch’s Whole Good Food and is the most delicious healthy food that nourishes you from the inside. After lunch will be a super relaxing yin yoga class. This is then followed by either a gong sound bath or a crystal sound bath meditation which will bring about healing, relaxation, visualisation, and nourishment so you will leave feeling dreamy. Usually the day is finished with smiles, chats and you will return home feeling amazing and with a goodie bag to continue your self-care.
