Yoga classes are tailored for different levels of experience, from beginners to the more energetic and adventurous, I do like to give the most in practice depending on what is needed for the individual, so be prepared to get the most from your class and feel amazing, aiming to get a whole range of benefits such as sleeping better, becoming stronger and more flexible, lowering blood pressure, gaining better circulation, weight loss and a whole other host of benefits. There is a drop-in rate of £14 per class but places are limited per location, therefore I would encourage you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Pay as you go: £15 per class
- ‘Class Pass’ system: 5 classes for £65, 10 classes for £110.
- Bring a Friend (mention this offer to me) and get a Free Class for one of you
- One-to-one private sessions are offered at £75 per session For extra people i.e. couples yoga please add an extra £5 per person, please contact me for availability.
- Children’s Yoga is £60 per half-term including a half-term or holiday class
